When you've listed your home with us, it will be professionally photographed, and we will be onsite to help with last-minute staging. We will also advise you while your house is for sale as to changes in the market that could affect your listing, from changing local prices to interest rate changes, etc. And when the offer or offers come in, we'll help guide you through the negotiation process so you don't leave any money on the table.
