Our relationship with Cathy began nearly 5 years ago when we bought an investment property she had listed and had her list our home as well. After selling our home and living in the investment property for a few years as we remodeled, we decided it was time to start looking for our next home. We viewed properties, made offers and said no to several properties over a 2 year period. Each time we called Cathy, she was happy to show us a home or do research for us. She never pushed us to “settle” and she prayed and believed with us that the right one would come along. We finally found what we were looking for in March of this year. We also ended up selling the investment property for full asking price before it even hit the market and were able to close on both properties back to back. We are grateful for her friendship and expertise throughout this process and have recommended her to our friends and family.

Alexandra did an amazing job finding us a home, a truly above and beyond experience. She quickly picked up on what kind of home my husband and I were looking for. She made us feel like we were her only clients. She also quickly learned our personality and what type of home we were looking for. She even picked out the home that we ended up buying. She was very knowledgeable on just about any questions we had. The first time we toured homes with her, she was very flexible about spending time with us and we toured more homes than we initially planned to that day. I wish I could give Cathy Meder 10 stars! My wife and I became home owners a year and a half ago. We cannot recommend Cathy Meder highly enough. Buying a home to live in is an extremely complex and personal decision. Cathy Meder walked us through this whole process and helped us find a beautiful home in a fabulous location. Her faith is inspiring, her work ethic is second to none, and her market savvy is fantastic. In an extremely competitive market, she was willing to do whatever it took to find the perfect house for our family. She showed us houses on short notice, late at night, and on weekends, never wanting to miss the right house for us. She even rescheduled an appointment with her doctor so she could show us a house. She is diligent, knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. When we found the right house, the owner received several offers within hours of hitting the market (even one better than our offer).
