Our relationship with Cathy began nearly 5 years ago when we bought an investment property she had listed and had her list our home as well. After selling our home and living in the investment property for a few years as we remodeled, we decided it was time to start looking for our next home. We viewed properties, made offers and said no to several properties over a 2 year period. Each time we called Cathy, she was happy to show us a home or do research for us. She never pushed us to “settle” and she prayed and believed with us that the right one would come along. We finally found what we were looking for in March of this year. We also ended up selling the investment property for full asking price before it even hit the market and were able to close on both properties back to back. We are grateful for her friendship and expertise throughout this process and have recommended her to our friends and family.
